About Mellow
The founder, Jacob started his kitchen with 1kg of cacao beans and a coffee roaster. The first experiments were done in the wooden attic of his own apartment.
Now, later, in their production in Copenhagen, they work intensively on creating the best possible bean-to-bar chocolate production.
Their chocolate is made with cocoa beans from farmers respecting human rights, cocoa forestry and biodiversity.
They make it in Copenhagen, Denmark and it is always prepared in small batches using few ingredients and no secrets.
Even their wrapping papers are handmade, made of renewable three roots and are biodegradable.

Mellow
Le fondateur, Jacob a commencé sa cuisine avec 1 kg de fèves de cacao et un torréfacteur.
Les premières expériences ont été réalisées dans le grenier en bois de son appartement.
Aujourd'hui, sur leur site de production de Copenhague, ils travaillent intensivement à la création de la meilleure production de la fève à la barre de chocolat possible.
Leur chocolat est fabriqué avec des fèves de cacao provenant d'agriculteurs respectant les droits de l'homme, la forêt et la biodiversité. Ils le fabriquent à Copenhague, au Danemark et il est toujours préparé en petites quantités en utilisant peu d'ingrédients et sans rien à cacher.
Même leurs papiers d'emballage sont faits à la main, composés de trois racines renouvelables et biodégradables.

Mellow
日本未入荷のオーガニック、ビーントゥーバーチョコ。" BEAN to BAR"とは、BEAN（カカオ豆）からBAR（板チョコレート）までを一貫して製造しているチョコレートのこと。Mellowのチョコレートは、創設者ジェコブが1kgのカカオ豆をコーヒー豆焙煎器を使ってアパートの屋根裏部屋で作り始めたとこららスタートしました。
現在では、コペンハーゲンにアトリエを設け、カカオの味を最大限に生かした最高に美味しいチョコレート作りに勤しんでいます。
彼らの使用しているカカオ豆は、幼児雇用を含む人権、カカオ林業や生物多様性をリスペクトしているファームで作られている物のみを使用しています。
包装紙にもこだわり、再利用や生分解性の高い木の根で作られてた手漉きの紙を使用しています。
