1．Confirmation email

If you have any problem with the shopping cart, place an order by Email, with all the necessary information. We will send you your order confirmation by Email within 2 opening days.
2．price and duty

We are a French company with SIRET / VAT number, we ship our products world wide. All prices are in Euros.
Our prices at the shop are not included VAT tax. (excise duty in France) It will be added if you are ordering from France and European countries.
If you are ordering from Europe countries, your local VAT is added as checking out. Your domestic duty and custom duty are paid by address, when necessary. (*1)

4. shipping
We ship wild-wide!

Your order will be shipped by La Poste (French post) or Happy post with tracking number and insurance. For Japan, we also ship the goods in the envelope, just like letter for specific products by La poste, which doesn't have any tracking number, so it will be at your own risk.
When the goods volume weight is more than the real weight, it may cost as volume weight.
We will provide you with the tracking number within two opening days after our shipment.The shipping cost is depends on the weight of your order and your country. It will be calculated automatically with our shopping cart.
We make sure to pack your order with special care for the all international shipments, the price of shipping is included handling fee.
We gift-wrap at free of charge for your special gifts, except Antique / Vintage collections, please leave us a message as checking out.

5．exchanges and returns
Antique Collections are mainly used products, if you have any enquiry about the products, please Email us.
Our Vintage / Antique products are mainly used products, and not returnable.
These can be returned or exchanged only if we ship wrong or broken products, please contact us within three days after you received the products.
Your order can be returned or exchanged only if it's not used (need to be returned as it is) , please contact us within 14 days after you received the products. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.
