Mistletoe Decoration
An art piece created by a Danish artist Sara, copper-plated mistletoe.
A luxurious and unique piece that preserves the natural beauty just as it is.
In France, it is said that if you exchange bises (cheek kisses) with the people around you under the mistletoe at the moment of the New Year’s countdown, the coming year will be filled with happiness.
※The copper has been treated with a patina finish to create an antique appearance (verdigris).

本物の宿り木の枝をコッパー（銅）でコーティングしたデコレーション。自然美がそのまま閉じ込められた贅沢でユニークな作品です。
フランスでは宿「幸運を呼ぶ植物」とされている宿り木。大晦日のカウントダウンと共に宿り木の下でビズ（頬のキス）をするとその一年が幸せに満ちたものになるといわれています。
※ コッパーをアンティークの風合いを出すための加工（緑青）をしています。
