"Puits d'amour" means "well of love".
The secret jam in Antoinette Poisson's design pot and box.
Confiture Parisienne and "Antoinette Poisson" come together thanks to the original creation of a jam. Indeed, Antoinette Poisson was the name of the Pompadour, favorite of Louis XV. So what? And so, Louis XV had ordered for her the tastiest of desserts conceivable from her best pastry chefs. This was how this jam was made.
Confiture Parisienne rediscovered the secret of this wonderful recipe, never updated since Louis XV.
※"Antoinette Poisson" parisian publisher of domino papers and creator of wall decors & patterns.
※Produced in a factory that uses egg, all nuts, gluten, sesame and milk.
Confiture Parisienne
Confiture Parisienne In 2015, to revive this Parisian tradition, Nadège and Laura founded Confiture Parisienne with the desire to create exceptional jams using products that are just as exceptional.
Confiture Parisienne recipes have unique flavors. They are made using traditional and artisanal methods, without any additives or preservatives.
Cooked in small quantities in copper cauldrons, each jam is carefully prepared, all its ingredients integrated with balance to find their exact place and express all their taste.
A jam is just the combination of fruit and sugar, but made with superior ingredients, it becomes exceptional!
