Our pure cocoa powder without alkaline solution retains all the subtleties found in our chocolates. We press the cocoa mass ourselves and it is a completely natural process: our powder is neither heat-treated nor mixed with chemicals (as is the case with all cocoa powders alkalized or processed according to the so-called 'Dutch Process' method).
This means that our cocoa powder retains more beneficial substances such as flavanols which have an anti-oxidant effect.

【Simplified Hot Chocolate Recipe using Marou chocolate Cacao Powder】
* Marou Cacao Powder 14g
* Whole milk 200ml
* Cane sugar 10g/2tsp
1. Warm milk in a sauce pan over medium heat
2. Pour Marou Cacao powder and cane sugar into the sauce pan, whisking mixture until clumps dissolve under Low heat (approx 30s)
3. Continue whisking for 2 minutes, allowing the chocolate milk to come up to a slow boil.
